E-Mealz

I have been using this meal planning service for a few months and the recipes are fantastic and easy. The aisle by aisle shopping list lets me do a fast and economical surgical strike on the grocery store. I save money by not wasting food. Don't you hate it when you have a cupboard and fridge full of stuff, but can't make a coherent, much less balanced, meal out of it? This is the solution. For $1.25 a week, you get all the recipes and the shopping list. I print them out and hang the recipes on the fridge door and take the shopping list with me when I leave for the day, so I can grab groceries when the store isn't busy. You pick the size of your family, and it's just me, so I chose a meal plan for 2 (dinner and leftovers for the lunch box the next day). This method keeps me out of the fast food drive thru. I am eating healthy food that meets my dietary goals. These are customized depending which grocery store you choose. The recipes are geared to what's on sale at the store you choose. Talk about a money saver! The only thing they don't do is give you the coupons, although the web site does have coupon tips. I'm hooked. I just renewed through the end of October. $15 for 3 months. You save that the first week by not eating out and actually having a food budget you can live by. . . and satisfying recipes for making some really delicious food!
